Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Faulty Equipment: If the printer arrives non-functional, damaged, or missing essential components.
- Service Errors: If there is a delivery delay or failure caused by us.
- Early Cancellation: Full or partial refunds may be issued if a rental is canceled before shipment (see cancellation policy below).
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Normal wear and tear due to regular use
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Late cancellations after the item has been shipped
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Report the Issue: Email us at support@printonrent.com within 48 hours of receiving your equipment.
- Return the Equipment: If necessary, we will provide return instructions. Ensure all original accessories and packaging are included.
- Inspection: Once the item is received, our team will inspect it to verify the issue.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
